Adria left the corporate world of engineering, management consulting and finance before training at Le Cordon Bleu.

At Le Cordon Bleu in London and the UK College of Nutrition & Health. Now she spends all her days being around food and she has never been happier! Adria is part of a new generation of women, who have turned up the heat in the kitchen, proved their salt and made it their mission to change the way we think about healthy food.

She first showed up on the culinary scene as a cuisine chef at White & Brown, shortly after graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. She left after a few months to take up nutrition and finally get to work on opening up a restaurant of her own.
